Refund Policy
All sales on leather/custom leatherwork are final. Any returns, exchanges, or refunds are at the discretion of Hard Times Leatherwork management only. That being said, we do our best to uphold our end of any agreements. If, for some reason, we fail to do so, we will always work to ensure our customers are fully satisfied.
Disclaimer
We do our best to create exactly what you order from us here at Hard Times Leatherwork. We follow every process we have to match colors or designs that are desired as best as we can, but these are hand made, one of a kind items that may have slight variations. Each hide we receive and every batch of dye is slightly different from the last and can contribute to any differences that may exist from our past work. We very rarely, if ever, have any issues with this being a problem at all.
